We may collect and process the following categories of personal information: 3.1 Identification Information • Full name • ID number or passport number • Date of birth • Nationality • Photograph (for accreditation badge) 3.2 Contact Information • Email address • Mobile phone number • Physical address (if required) 3.3 Professional / Event-Related Information • Organisation/company name • Job title • Media affiliation (if applicable) • Accreditation category (e.g., staff, exhibitor, media, VIP, contractor) 3.4 Security and Access Information • Access permissions • Entry/exit logs • QR code or RFID tag information • CCTV footage (where applicable) 3.5 Special Personal Information (If Applicable) In limited cases, we may collect: • Health information (e.g., medical requirements, emergency conditions) • Dietary requirements • Accessibility requirements Such information will only be collected with explicit consent or where required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

If personal information is transferred outside South Africa: • We will ensure the recipient country has adequate data protection laws; or • We will enter into binding agreements to ensure compliance with POPIA; or • We will obtain the data subject’s consent.
